When is the museum open?
The SK Heritage Museum is open on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 10am to 6pm. The museum is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Can anybody visit the museum?
As of 2019 only SK members may visit the museum but it will be opened to family members and members of the general public from 2020.
How long does it take to go round the museum?
It takes about 60 minutes to go round the museum on a guided tour.

The museum’s address is ‘400 Saam-ri, Wonsam-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin City, Gyeonggi-do’. Parking is available at the outside carpark behind the Management Office.

Can anyone visit the museum?
At the moment the museum is only open to SK members. We expect to open it up to SK members’ families from 2020 but currently have no plans to open it up to the general public.
What should I do if I want to visit the museum?
Entrance to the museum is free and visits may be booked via the online reservation page or by calling the museum booking line on 010-3765-1892.
Can I visit the museum without a prior reservation?
Reservations are necessary for all visits to the museum (guided or unescorted). Same day unescorted tours may be possible in certain circumstances so please call to see if a timeslot is available. Reservations for guided tours are accepted online up to three days in advance but we recommend booking at least one week in advance.
How can I visit the museum?
There are 'guided tours' where a guide will escort you around the museum at a set time and explain about each exhibit. Alternatively, there are 'unescorted tours' where you may browse at will while listening to the mobile docent through your mobile phone.
How many people may visit the museum at one time?
Up to 40 people may visit the museum at any one time but the maximum for guided tours is 20 people.
