Information about bookings and tours

If you are a party of more than 20, please make an online booking and then call the booking line to confirm with the booking agent.
If you would like to go on a guided tour, please make a booking online at least three days prior to your desired date.
For unescorted parties of less than ten people, same day bookings may be taken over the phone.
If you turn up without a booking you may not be able to visit the museum.
We kindly request that you maintain etiquette while visiting the museum and to take care when touching the museums and exhibits in the experience corner.
It is not possible to film or make an audio recording within the museum.
Visitors who are under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted to the museum.
